The above prices are pre-sale only. Gate prices are $85 for General Admission and $35 for Designated Driver tickets. There will be no gate sales for Premiere or Reserved Tables.
All children must be under adult supervision at all times. Children five years of age and under can attend for free. Minors over the age of five years must have a Designated Driver ticket.
Shuttles to the Earth Day Food & Wine Festival
Shuttles leave North County Transportation Center and San Luis Obispo High School at 12:20 p.m. for Premiere Admission and 1:20 p.m. for General Admission. Return shuttles leave the Santa Margarita Ranch promptly at 5:15 p.m. Shuttles are $5 per person roundtrip. Space is limited and advanced reservations are required. Enjoy this exclusive opportunity to meet with Saxum Winemaker Justin Smith as he opens various library wines, current releases, and provides a barrel tasting of wines yet to be bottled. Saxum Vineyards is focused on producing Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvedre based blends from the Templeton Gap of Paso Robles, California. Our vineyards are all farmed to strict standards, therefore no chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used. Everything is done by hand and yields are kept naturally low from the rocky soils and extensive thinning. We allow the rocky calcareous soils, steep hillsides, and cooling ocean breezes speak through their wines by keeping yields extremely low, picking fruit at the peak of ripeness, and using a minimalist approach in the cellar. The tour will also include a stop at Oyster Ridge, where you will see the prevalent white oyster fossils that compose the soil and ultimately shape the wines.
